Guaranty 1.In the whole procedure of application for Record and Credential of the Imported (Non-)Special-purpose Cosmetic Products , our company would offer integrated and complete services for our clients, i.e. the client would just provide us the material and sample necessary for inspection and they would be have an easy rest.The rest process would be finished by us. 2.For each client ,our company would dispatch a person to keep close contact with the client and regularly report the process information to him/her. 3.Our company would provide most professional instruction, ensuring that the application meets the review request ofMinistry of Health P.R.C. 4.Our company would smoothly complete the whole procedure of application for Record and Credential of the Imported (Non-)Special Cosmetic Products in three to six months depending on the product types and ensure the shortest time for acquiring the approval issued by Ministry of Health. 5.Our company would offer free services for package design or repackaging according to the review request. 6.Our company would offer entire Japanese translator/interpreter services. 7.Our company would take responsibility with notarization procedure for relating legal literature. 8.Being rejected due to our company (i.e. receiving Notice of Disapproval),the client would not repay the total consultant charges or be offered free services of reapplication until receiving approval of Record and Credential of the Imported (Non-)Special-purpose Cosmetic Products and no any additional payment is needed. 9.Our company would offer service for correlate re-reviewing procedure after the4-year expiry time. 10.Any document supplied by the client is confidential in our company.
